A la Carte: Oakland's Lungomare, Victory Burger & Ramen Shop

Oakland's newest trio of restaurants includes Sam White's long-awaited Ramen Shop in Rockridge, the Actual Cafe offshoot, Victory Burger, and in February, the opening of Lungomare at Jack London Square.
